I am a very involved dog owner. I love my dog dearly and try to maintain a life that is healthy for the pair of us! This means that we frequent the dog park and go on walks, but it also means I look after him in every way possible. Despite the overwhelming fees that Stockton leaders impose, my high energy rescue has been neutered, received all of his shots, and undergone obedience training. I've accomplished these things on a budget, and I want to share my experiences and ideas with you!
There is a lack of information available to Stockton pet owners concerning low cost spay and neuter, dog parks, dog friendly events & places, and adoption options. In addition, the current practices at the Stockton Animal Shelter are appalling!
I would like nothing more than to suggest ways for Stocktonians to keep their pets happy, healthy, and out of the shelters! If I happen to inspire some of my readers to adopt or foster a pet at the same time, then my blog will officially be a success!
