This is My Dog's Favorite!

His anxiety is most extreme when he is kenneled, but he experiences it in some form almost every time we leave the house. I tried everything the books suggested:

  • Ignoring him while I was getting ready to leave.
  • Not making a big deal of seeing him when I came home.
  • Giving him special treats or bones when we left.

Busy Buddy is a line of products intended to keep your dog occupied for hours. My experience has been that it reduces:
            • Barking
            • Whining
            • Chewing
            •  Digging

How does it do this? The toys force your dog to think and play in-order to receive treats!

There are a variety of designs for dogs of all ages and sizes, and let me tell you, in my experience they work!

In my older dog, the separation anxiety has disappeared. Now, we can come home after hours of being gone to a clean house where nothing has been chewed on or moved. In addition, my puppy LOVES the line of toys and never stops playing with them. While the toys tend to be pricey to purchase, the treats that are used with them are inexpensive and healthy, and my dogs can't get enough of them! Plus, paying for the toys is a lot less than paying to replace items in a torn up house! Check out the PetSafe website to see the full line of Busy Buddy toys, or go to your nearest pet store! In my experience, most pet stores of quality carry them!
